About OASIS
Administered by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), OASIS is a government-wide, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed to help federal agencies and clients make smart and efficient contracting decisions. Designated a Best-in-Class contract solution by The Office of Management and Budget (OMB), OASIS provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.
The OASIS contract:
- Spans many areas of expertise and mission space;
- Spans multiple professional service disciplines;
- Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
- Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

Contract Value: No dollar ceiling
Pricing Types: Fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour, time and materials
Period of Performance: 09/03/19 – 09/02/24. Tasks may extend up to 5 years after expiration.
