Community Comparison Dashboard Overview

This dashboard allows you to explore the differences and similarities of social determinants of health (SDoH) performance between two counties of interest.

• Start your exploration by selecting a SDoH and point of reference under “global filters.” 
• Then select a state and county of interest for the left map and repeat the same steps for the right map.
• Analyze the maps to visualize and compare the two county’s SDoH performance and demographic information.
• Hover your mouse over each census tract/community to learn more about how it fares on each SDoH measure.
