Anne Tillema Seguin

Senior TA Consultant

Anne Tillema Seguin is a senior technical assistance consultant in the Workforce Program Area at AIR. Her primary responsibilities include providing leadership for a remote, cross-functional team of 50 to implement complex solutions while managing a national project. Seguin independently establishes goals, objectives, strategies, and budget requirements for successful completion and obtains client approval. She coordinates contacts between staff, state apprenticeship grantees, and clients while serving as the principal client point-of-contact. Seguin ensures timely and accurate delivery of all required monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual deliverables that meet Section 508 and contract requirements.

Seguin also systemically and strategically sets the expectation and ensures that all Information and Communications Technology (ICT) (e.g., documents, e-learning, meetings, and events) are accessible to individuals with disabilities. She utilizes accessibility principles of web accessibility guidelines (i.e., WCAG 2) and techniques through the engagement and education of web designers, developers, program managers, and quality assurance experts to satisfy the laws (Section 508, ADA, etc.) and ensure they are customized to the needs of clients and audiences.

Seguin has played a leading role in planning and organizing events with federal agencies, including three White House Events with the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL); over 30 conferences and meetings across the United States; and an 800-person conference with USDOL, the U.S. Department of Education, and other stakeholders. She has directed site evaluations and selections, budget management, participant registration, and logistical planning.

She has extensive experience in leading teams, projects, organizations, advocating for ICT accessibility and superior event management. Previously, Seguin was the principal at Anne Tillema Consulting, LLC.
