Kristina Zeiser

Kristina L. Zeiser's research primarily focuses on interventions and high school models that ease the transition from high school to postsecondary education and the workforce. Dr. Zeiser has led a portfolio of research projects that examine the implementation and impact of dual enrollment and early college programs, strategies to improve college advising, and high school models designed to develop students’ interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. 

Dr. Zeiser is an expert in experimental and quasi-experimental evaluation designs, and she is a certified What Works Clearinghouse reviewer for group design standards (version 5.0). As a principal investigator and project director across projects, she oversees the quality of evaluation designs and procedures, and she has disseminated study findings to broad audiences through briefs and infographics, academic and practitioner conferences, publicly available reports, and academic journals such as Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis and Research in Higher Education.
