Noelle Poirier

Senior Researcher

Noelle Poirier is a senior researcher at AIR specializing in survey research. With over ten years of experience, she has a solid track record in primary data collection, project management, and program evaluation. Her role at AIR includes co-leading the Survey Research Learning Community (SRLC), which is dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and best practices in survey research.

Poirier is actively involved as the task lead for the National Center for Education Statistics' National Teacher and Principal Survey (NTPS), where she contributes her expertise by conducting reviews of survey specifications, plans, and documents prepared by the data collector, the U.S. Census Bureau. Additionally, she manages projects within AIR's data collection services, highlighting her technical expertise and leadership in overseeing and implementing small and large-scale primary data collection endeavors.
