Tzu-Jou (Carol) Wan

Senior Researcher

Tzu-Jou (Carol) Wan is a senior researcher at AIR with survey methods training and expertise and experience in sampling and data management. Her primary responsibilities include sampling and statistical analysis for nationwide and local survey operations, such as the National Center for Education Statistics’ National Household Education Surveys Program (NHES) and National Teacher and Principal Survey (NTPS), as well as the Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s Conditions for Learning Survey. 

Wan also supports data processing tasks and survey design on the Public Libraries Survey, projects involving teacher supports and shortages in Michigan, and a study on learning loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Illinois, among others.
