Washington, D.C. – President Barack Obama plans to use his State of the Union address to the nation on Tuesday evening, January 25, 2011 to outline revisions in federal education policy that will support efforts to “out educate” other countries in an effort to spur U.S. economic revival and increase its global competitiveness.
