American Institutes for Research Experts Available to Discuss President Obama’s 2013 Fiscal Year Federal Budget Proposal

Washington, D.C. – American Institutes for Research (AIR) experts in education, health, and human and social development will be available to help the news media examine the federal budget proposal for the 2013 fiscal year that President Barack Obama will present to Congress on Monday, February 13, 2012.
