Senior Researcher

Catherine Jacques' work focuses on systems and supports for professional development, instructional quality, and college- and career-readiness. Jacques has specialized experience in curriculum, rubric and competency design, educator credential and licensure systems, early childhood, computer science, asynchronous instructional design, and qualitative evaluation methods. 

Jacques leads multiple state-level projects that include systematic curriculum reviews, educator and leader trainings, professional development design, and field-facing communications. 

Previous to her work at AIR, Jacques has conducted research on classroom quality and curriculum in multiple urban and suburban school districts.
