Our Vision

AIR’s vision is to infuse policy and practice with relevant, timely, and useful evidence and data-driven solutions through high-quality research, analytics, and technical assistance.

Guided by principles of ethical decisionmaking, collaboration, inclusion, and innovation, we:

  • Inform improvements to education, healthcare, workforce development, community safety and well-being, and related areas;
  • Collaborate and consult with industry, agencies, organizations, policymakers, and practitioners to generate and apply evidence and data-driven solutions;
  • Partner globally and locally with organizations and communities; and
  • Integrate our expertise in substantive and policy arenas, research and evaluation, and the implementation of evidence-informed practices and solutions.
