Jing Dong is a senior health economist in the Health Division at AIR. She has over 15 years of experience studying health- and health system-related issues and has extensive training in using quasi-experimental designs (such as instrumental variable, difference in differences, and propensity score methods) to answer causal questions relevant to quality of care, service utilization, health outcomes, and health equity. Dr. Dong has played an important role in the design and implementation of quasi-experimental evaluations for domestic healthcare demonstrations for CMS and CMMI.
