Customize Tools and Supports │ Early Warning Systems in Education
AIR translates research and evidence-based practices into ready-to-use, effective models to identify students early and support them with appropriate interventions to achieve key educational milestones. Our experts listen to clients and develop tools and supports that reflect their local context. We build implementation tools and resources that help clients establish an early warning system that integrates with other initiatives that target and support at-risk students.
AIR experts have worked with clients at all levels—states, districts, and schools—to design flexible and customized tools and supports. For example, AIR helped develop the Career and Technical Education Early Warning System on behalf of Chicago Public Schools. This tool feeds real-time information from district databases into a single location that supports more than 20,000 students participating in career and technical education courses across the district.
