About OASIS+
The GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts were designed to offer federal agencies a swift and cost-effective method for acquiring professional services to tackle complex challenges with maximum flexibility. By negotiating and awarding a master government-wide IDIQ program, GSA has streamlined the procurement process, enabling agency acquisition professionals to focus on mission-critical requirements. Procurements under the OASIS+ contracts meet the best value criteria for government acquisitions, fully comply with all applicable regulations, and incur minimal contract access fees.
How to Use OASIS+
All federal agencies can use OASIS+, including the Department of Defense. The Minimum Dollar Limitation for an Individual Task Order Must Exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold as defined in FAR Subpart 2.101, which is currently set at $250,000. Agencies can procure services through OASIS+ via Direct Acquisition (GSA issues a Delegation of Procurement Authority to the agency Ordering Contracting Officer) or Assisted Acquisition (GSA performs the acquisition on behalf of the agency). OASIS+ UR - Research and Development (R&D)
This domain includes any requirements in support of Research and Development activities. R&D activities may be aimed at achieving either specific or general objectives. The term R&D includes basic research, applied research and experimental development. Services include conducting R&D in: the physical, engineering and life sciences; nanotechnology; biotechnology; and social sciences and humanities.
