AIR's Summer Internship Program helps identify, attract, and build a pipeline of skilled future talent.
The 10-12 week paid summer program is open to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students. Interns enjoy the opportunity to work with professionals across AIR’s divisions, gain hands-on professional experience through project work, and build a lasting network of professional connections.
Through the Eyes of an Intern

The Summer Internship Experience
AIR hosts various activities and events throughout the summer to provide opportunities for interns to interact with staff across the organization and with other interns. Over the course of the summer, we host several learning events focused on a variety of subject matters (i.e., networking and divisions at AIR) that are intended to enhance the internship experience and promote professional development.
