Kelle Parsons
Kelle Parsons is a principal researcher at AIR with experience in higher education research, policy, and administration roles. Her current work includes directing projects related to evaluating student outcomes in postsecondary competency-based education, postsecondary student success initiatives, organizational change in postsecondary settings, and state higher education systems.
Prior to joining AIR, she served as a policy analyst at the National Governors Association, where she provided technical assistance to state policymakers around postsecondary issues including performance metrics, postsecondary financing policies, data use, and system governance issues. Previously, she worked in institutional administration and research roles at the University of Michigan. She holds master’s degrees in public policy and higher education from the University of Michigan.
